Mirror On The Wall

"will these ever be over"
"will I make it to the end"

Sometimes, I just drop my pen and feel like the inspirations ain't coming, but sincerely speaking it's laziness. I would have love to continue writing till my pen runs out of ink but we need to move closer to the standing mirror.

     "Will these ever be over"
Videos online about the collapsed building, where mothers screams in pain and agony when they hear the death of their children but our so called majorities acted as if the building went down with chairs and tables alone, infants with dreams, goals and talents, leaders of tomorrow died screaming, well some survived and we think the only thing they deserved was to be compensated with money and interview so people get to know they still feel the shock about the loss of their children and also go viral on social media, yes they did but is that all they deserved, I believe our government should look into that deeply, they deserve more.

Secondly, no one cared about the teachers in the building, the people impacting knowledge to the student, all we all cried about was kids are future hope, yes they are but what about those teachers, does it means they don't have their future, they are also kids to their parents and it means they also are their parents hope, so sad, but why should it always be sad news in this country. Nigeria, land of peace they say but the people are literally in pieces,

Plains were ruined, homes were destroyed, contracts were terminated all because of the election postponed the day it should hold and the government believed it to be a normal activities,  was that not an act of corruption, our democracy was denied, I believe they already knew the winner, all they wanted was just for few youth to kick the bucket so it will go viral that Nigeria election was tough but at the end it was great,  the country leader didn't even show up for the manifesto all he wanted was  to ship us to the next level, the promise land, guess we'll get there one day. Innocent souls were lost, coppers risk their lives just to serve the country and make their staged election free and fair but instead they were paid  with disappointment, some were shot, killed, and they couldn't even get an apology even if it's a tweet. The next level is a scam!

Rest in peace "Kolade Johnson", i paused for some minutes , not because I was tired of writing but because I couldn't hold the tears as they were rolling down my face, I couldn't control my heart as it beats like that of a scared rat, I sighed , welcome to my country where watching football is one of the 99 ways to die.  (Kolade Johnson was shot dead by the sars on his way home from the football centre).

"Police is your friend", but that of the SPECIAL ANTI ROBBERY SQUAD (SARS) are the irony , they wasted the life of a young man, the people that are meant to guide us are the ones hurting and killing us. "We accidentally discharge", that's the way they say they're sorry. Kolade Johnson's matter is all over the internet and our government are keeping mute, we won't stop until justices is being made or could it be that the SARS are the government hired hitmen. I believe this matter should be put to table and justices should be made.

                  RIP KOLADE JOHNSON.

S/O.  Destaunch, Tunde Ednut, BellaNaija, Davido, Falz, Dremo, Ycee, Vector, Olamide, Simi and everyone out they who want justices for Kolade Johnson.
